Popped in on the off chance that they would have an elusive accessory for my motorhome that I bought from them in 2015. What a surprise! A large well stocked shop, quite a contrast from their old shop. Stephen was so helpful, in locating the stocked part. I was expecting “that will be a four week lead time sir” that I was getting from other suppliers. Again I am impressed with 3As. Great value, Thank you.

A complete shambles. Very simply, we needed some parts for a Chausson motorhome and after speaking with Luke in the parts department, we were told it would be best to make the 2 hour round journey to their site so they could see what was needed on the vehicle, which we did. Steve took numerous pictures of the vehicle and then we were told that they would come back to us within a week with some prices and availability. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so decided to chase them up. Luke didn't know what day it was when asked how they were getting on with the prices and told us that he'd personally come back to me in 24 hours. A week later after hearing nothing again, I chase him up and he tells me that Steve should have called back but now he CAN'T FIND Steve... or get hold of him on the phone so suggests it may be best if I take all the pictures myself to start the whole process again. A complete waste of three weeks of my time and fuel. Understaffed? Poor management? Lack of communication/organisation? Probably a combination of all, how can you expect to run a business like this?

We collected our first motorhome from 3A's on the 9th November and we have been very impressed with how we were looked after from the moment we purchased the van in August to the collection day. We have asked so many questions and Richard and Stephen were always happy to help us. There is a friendly atmosphere as well as all the staff being helpful. We feel that we can pop in at any point and we will continue to receive excellent service. Thank you 3A's.

Anyone looking for a caravan or motor home just go to 3As there is so much choice & at good prices too plus you can have a sit down over a cuppa and discuss what vehicle to purchase. Highly recommended. 😀👍.
