top service from this company. looked for caravan and they advised us wisely and explained everything thoroughly. sales was not pushy atal. highly recomended and we ended up buying a caravan which we love.

I bought a new van from here at the end of August. There were numerous problems with it from the word go. When you ring up to speak to someone they always say they will ring us back. But they never do. The van was not inspected before I bought it. The 12v socket was wired the wrong way. So was a death trap. A fire could have happened in the caravan. It blew the cable for the TV. There was a long list of problems with the van. Some big and some small. But getting someone to sort it, was a nightmare. Even today I cant use the glass shelf in the cupboard because the bracket was broken from the start. Sue did her best. The fitter who came out to the van to fix some problems did his best. But unfortunately there are some fitters and staff who should be given the boot. They should employ staff who genuinely care about the services they are providing. I have known the family for many years from the 80s when they had a caravan sales in Pencader. This company could be so good. They have a perfect set up in the show ground. Lots of choice of caravans and motor homes. But the after sales service is so, so bad. I would be ashamed of running a company with such bad after sales. I understand the manager of the service department has left. That was a good move for 3As. He was an arrogant man who didn't care about the people who have spent 10s of thousands of pounds on a van. Now, 3As need to invest in more staff that care. Get a better system of organisation. Employ more good quality fitters and get rid of all the dead wood. It's such a shame that this company has such poor after sales, because it is so near to our home. On the plus side, the shop is well run and quite competitive in pricing with the internet. The staff in the shop are knowledgeable about their products. The cafe is also great. Homemade cakes and a friendly service. It was nice to go out there and have a coffee and cake followed by a look around the shop, caravans and motor homes. Like a socially distanced day out. But now, because of what has happened over the van I purchased, I don't feel like I can go to 3As anymore.

Two weeks ago when we had gale force winds, the top window of our motor home smashed open and demolished the outer perspex. Phoned 3A’s and spoke to Stephen, he was very helpful and told us to bring the motor home in and he would check what was required and get it sealed up against the rain that was forecast. Although the service department was fully booked up for months, he ordered the new window and got us fitted in so that we could go away next week. I can’t fault the service we received and especially the help Stephen provided.

Nice vans but hmmm long time on servicing when buying van took 2 months to service ours before we could have it and when they say they will call you back don't raise your hopes up. And the caravan cleaners need to learn how to clean not impressed
