Very disappointing experience trying to purchase via motability with this dealership. Andrew took my order and confirmed same by email for a VW Sharan advising that one to my specification had already been ordered and that I could take delivery in four weeks. Then eventually made contact with Cameron (no manager called me back) who advised delivery could not be made for 6 months!! Clearly the original salesman had lied to me and left Cameron in the lurch. Needless to say I cancelled the order with Sinclair and ordered elsewhere.

Excellent service here, they really like to look after their customers, nothing is too much trouble. If you're looking to buy a new car then you need to ask for Ross, he's an excellent salesman who will go out of his way to make you as comfortable as possible and will make sure that you get the best deal. We've had 2 cars off him now and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I travel over 100 miles out of my way to have my Polo serviced here in Port Talbot...Why?.... The service is exceptional and although the last time there were some unexpected problems with the vehicle that needed to be fixed, yet again, Service Advisor Mark Young made me feel like family, talking me through each problem and how they could be fixed in the most cost effective way. I was given a courtesy car which Mark's Female colleague (sorry, I can't remember her name) drove herself. She was also exceptional in her approach to my needs, ensuring I was comfortable and well informed. The 'Cherry' for me on this visit to Sinclair Port talbot was as I left, the mechanic who worked on my car's clutch had finished work for the day and was walking past as I got into my car...He gave a brief run down of what he did and finished with 'it should drive like new now' and if you have any problems, you know where we are...He had finished work for the day and didn't need to do that....The fact he did made my day....Such teamwork and honesty seem rare to me when it comes to dealerships and re-affirms my reasons for traveling from Mid Wales to have my vehicle serviced and MOT'd here....My next car purchase will also be made here...Thank you again for making what can be a very distressing and expensive experience feel so positive.
