I purchased a car from Afan valley last year for my nephew and was so impressed by their professionalism at that time. That i went back to them last week to buy myself a car. Great friendly service, at good prices
Bought a car from here in April 2019, 15 days later the subframe and suspension arm gave way, had a mechanic report who stated the car underneath was completely corroded and dangerous. He advised not to drive the car at all with immediate effect. Had my 4 year old child in the car when it went and luckily had been going slow, had I been on the motorway we would of been dead. Customer service was shocking, had to return it myself even after involving trading standards. I'm now out of pocket by nearly £200 but thankfully rid of the deathtrap. On plus side when I did pay to return the car I did receive my money in full without any hassle.
