Just bought a Ford C Max from Baglan Car Centre. What fantastic service. From arriving to look around to making a final purchase was an absolute pleasure. Paul, the salesman, couldn't do enough to make my wife and l welcome, giving up to date details of the cars to taking us on test drives. He made us feel very important and genuinely cared about us getting the right vehicle. Having been in the service industry myself for 50 years Baglan Car Centre gave me the kind of treatment l would have given to my own customers. Good look , continue to thrive and thank you......

Friendly helpful family run business. Initial contact was via email, (during business hours), where they replied within the hour. I was lucky enough to find the right vehicle for myself at a deal that I was very happy with. I would recommend you pop down there for yourself, you never know what you may find.

I bought a low mileage Ford Focus from Baglan which I am pleased with. The transaction was pleasant and the sales process easy. I do have one issue though and that surrounds the Autogard Premium 15 month extended warranty on offer and which I bought from Baglan for £125. I was given the brochure but not a copy of the Autogard contract for that car at the time of purchase. I asked Don the salesman whether there were any excesses on the policy and he said "no" and that all except wear and tear was completely covered. However, the contract (obtained by me direct from Autogard later) has limits of indemnity on the hourly labour rate (£50 per hour) and caps the repair cost to £500. Some items are only covered up to 50% of the repair cost. This cannot be described as "complete" and these are "excesses" by any other name so I'm disappointed at this apparent lack of transparency from Baglan. So no five stars this time I'm afraid. Note to any buyer from Baglan - get the detailed terms of the extended warranty at the time of purchase and before you pay up. Caveat Emptor!

Not like any usual car dealer I have been too in the past in fairness. Family run business with over 50 years experience. Just bought a Vauxhall Zafira from them which I'm very happy with. Special thanks to Paul, Mark and Sara. Very easy going and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
