Not impressed with this dealer. I bought a used car last July and can tell that they don't do any check on these cars. The car was equipped with two different tires on the rear axle, one of which was a run-flat (not supposed to be on this car) which should not be paired with a normal tire. Result was that the normal tire was badly worn and making lots of noise. I had to change immediately the 2 tires when I was abroad after driving all those miles with unsafe tires and possibly getting fined.
On the maintenance booklet they indicated the car was serviced but after 3000 miles the screen asked for oil change.
Furthermore, the car was supposed to come with breakdown cover but never received the paperwork after contacting them many times.
I went to view a car at the Newport site, and i have to say i was greeted by a very professional team ........the car was prepared and ready for me, sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly, workshop staff that supported the viewing showed a deep understanding of the vehicle....... and the negotiations were friendly and open, i was VERY impressed by Elliot's team there.........and would recommend whole heartedly the operation, Bravo ! that's how it should be done !!!

Jordan sold us a nearly new 208 and he was fantastic. He was funny but efficient and polite. Their sales approach is engaging but not pushy and they worked hard to get us the best possible deal. I would definitely recommend this garage.
My experience at the point of sale was good. I have emailed twice about the paint protection on my car as I was told the vehicle was to be registered and then you would have had a certificate I have questioned this and have not had a reply twice. I feel ignored and to be honest I know feel ripped off.
Shocking service, thought i made a good decision coming here to get a bigger car but i was so wrong.
Noise air leak from the wind mirror drivers side, 4 garage trips later 2 to robins and 2 to ford, as its still under manufacturing warranty, they 'fixed' the problem but its still their, now im stuck with a noisey annoying car, and all robins can do is get me in a new car at a higher monthly price im just stuck in such a big loop. Deffo wont be coming back!
