Fantastic branch. Very professional team with great customer service. My car went in for parking aid diagnostics and the issue was resolved in very timely manner. Vehicle health check with video is performed here as standard and free of charge. My car was cleaned and ready for collection the same day. I also had a courtesy car for the time my car was in. The team is very helpful and supportive even after the money changes hands. They are always at the other end of the phone happy to support me with whatever query I have. At every step of the process I felt as a valued customer regardless of the fact that I did not purchase my car from this branch. All COVID safety rules are followed and adhered to. Best service experience I ever received in any dealership. I would highly recommend Stratstone Newport. I am looking forward to visiting this branch again soon.
