Purchased a new car from wessex garages hyundai in Newport with the help of Ollie, he was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to decide which car was right for our family. Great customer service and wasn't pushy for a sale, gave us time to think and look at insurance then came back the next day to order our car. Great service when purchasing, very poor after sales service. Took delivery of vehicle 4 weeks ago in the knowledge that Sat Nav CD card was missing as was advised this would be forwarded on to me. After numerous emails & 2 telephone calls advising it was in the post I’m still waiting. Turned a very positive experience into one of anger & frustration.
Going to Wessex Hyundia is always a great experience. From the fabulous surroundings to the highly efficient staff.Under such difficult times Taylor made us more than welcome with her friendly but professional manner. Everything went according to plan and the experience was made even better when we met Zoe the excellent team member who introduced us to the Kona.
