I was in the process of buying a used Sandero and wanted it on a PCP plan,I was asked how much per month I wanted to pay and I was told they could get it cheaper and them managed a chip and ding policy all in the price I was quoted, however when I got the finance docs the car price had risen by £300, when I questioned this I was told of the £99 admin fee and a cost for the chip and ding policy of £199, that's not what I was told when I agreed the deal!! Simple solution, I cancelled the whole deal.. Learnt from this ,Buyer be where! You have been warned, check your paperwork very carefully before you sign!
