Brought a car from newport motorpoint only 13 days ago a Audi q2 I have just started to have engine problems with the car overheating went back to motorpoint today they have done nothing to help sort this out or be helpful in anyway I was lied to on sale being told the car has a heated windscreen which it hasn't motorpoint are the biggest RIP off I have ever felt with avoid at all costs they lie and are really pushy and after sales dont care 1 bit
Wonderful service, very welcoming staff with no pressure to buy just letting you look around the lot and giving information when asked. Offered complementary refreshments and a wonderful freshly made cafe sandwich just adds to the experience. Bought a car in cash and no pressure to add finance at all, drove home the same day with a clean valeted car. 10/10 service from Sam and the team at Motorpoint
