Lewis was fantastic from start to finish. Really positive experience, my car is lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from these guys again.
Took time off work to test drive a car. When I arrived I was told that the model I was interested in wasn't available, despite being told in advance it was. I was asked if I could take more time off work for when they would have one in.

Worst experience I've ever had with a garage. Was quoted a price after the emmisions update. The garage persisted to make my car un roadworthy and undrivable after driving it to the garage. The cost of the repair was attempted to be passed on to us and no responsibility was taken for the failure to properly evaluate the job. 1 star is too much for this company 0 stars should be an option. I will avoid by any means possible to deal with this company ever again. A 1 day repair is still ongoing on day 14, the cost is potentially more than 10 times the amount of the original quote and has effectively written off our vehicle.
I was lucky to have Lewis who made the whole process of leasing my Seat Arona stress free. He was a gem and looked after everything from start to finish, no pressure and very professional.
