TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Ford. AVOID at all costs and get a Mercedes instead. In fact, a 1969 soviet Lada car would be better than shopping here. Bought my van in 2018 and had nothing but pain and headache from ford. Adblue malfunction, been in for it to be fixed 3 times and still not fixed. Had multiple oil changes at my cost, from as shot as 3k Miles. Ongoing problem with Entertainment package has been in multiple times still not fixed, has been going on 2 years. As any self-employed trade will know, a van is a lifeblood - my business simply cannot function without my tools or transport. Every time it goes into ford (sometimes for as long as 3 weeks at a time) it leaves me and my business unable to work as I usually would. Had problems after less than 12 weeks with under 3k miles but ford didn't want to hear any of it. Have tried to reject the vehicle for 2 years, just keep getting passed around. Wish I had bought elsewhere and a different manufacture. Never again buying from ford and will be telling all my friends, family and customers to stay away from Ford.
Would of been 5 star if they didn’t cancel my first appointment at 1 days notice. reasonable price for a main dealer, only thing I found awkward was when I was made to me walk all the way around the one way system In the rain outside the building when I was the only one in there at 8.25 on a Saturday 😂😂 literally got drenched might not get COVID but I will differently get pneumonia now ⛈⛈🏊🏼♂️🧜🏻🧖🏼♀️🐠
I have just purchased a Ford Transit Custom, I have been after one of these for ages and it doesn't disapoint. I absolutely love it. Only down side is having to take it here, its really put a downer on my Ford experience and I would definitely think twice about another Ford. This place is a back street con-man garage with a FORD badge. Disgraceful!! 😡
