One star because I can’t fault Miles the sales executive. However nothing else was good about the experience has been good. I was promised when I placed my order that Newport would provide better service than Cardiff. That has not been the case. As soon as I drove away they stopped caring and have not made contact despite social media team escalating my concerns. So it’s seems that as soon as any Sytner dealership have your money you are dead to them. Avoid them and find a dealer who has at least a little aftercare. I couldn’t be more disappointed

Travelled some distance to have estimate carried out at a pre-booked appointment. Arrived to find the person was not in work. A simple check to their diary and a courtesy call would have saved time and expense.

Dealt with Becky who has been great, however my review is more reflective on the sytner group than the sales experience, I placed a £99 holding deposit on a vehicle which was highlighted as 'fully refundable' I let them know I wouldn't be having this vehicle any longer and would like a refund, I was told to expect a call from HR who would process this, almost a week later and no call? I'm constantly chasing this up and getting nowhere and now leaving me to become frustrated as I don't have time to be chasing money that belongs to myself, nothing seems to be getting done and the service is far too slow! Again, just to repeat this review isn't based on my experience at the dealership its based on sytners poor practice at returning money owed to customers. Its just not good enough, especially when they take it off you all within 5 minutes but leave you hanging around to get it back.

Another amazing experience today. After waiting 2 hours in BMW to be told they can't work on my car (even though I booked it in) because they don't have time, I walked to MINI where Dan told me to go back and say it was unacceptable. The BMW worker responded by saying they couldn't do anything about it. I went back to MINI and Tilly (I think that was her name 🙈) walked over with me to BMW and sorted everything. This experience has just confirmed why I love MINI and now I would never buy a BMW. Thank you very much to Dan and Tilly (I'm so sorry if I have your name wrong)!
