Sytner Newport BMW

I've just received my X5 from Lee and Lewis at Sytner Newport. To be fair, I asked alot of the guys and nothing was too much trouble. Lee went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a good one and his after care is second to none. I live near Birmingham at the moment and I'll be making the journey to use Sytner Newport again! Highly recommended. Thanks gents.

Just picked up my X5 even with the recent lockdown announcement and I’m over the moon and it’s made even better when you get such brilliant service. This is my 3rd car from Sytner Newport in the last 3 years and I will be back again! Caitlin Williams helped me for the second time and I could not ask anymore of her, I’m a fussy and demanding customer but there’s no need to be with Caitlin as she is always in contact and making sure I get the best car possible. Have to say a big thanks to Brett too, he didn’t mess about and just sorted a great deal exactly what you want.

DO NOT USED SYTNER NEWPORT SERVICE. After a gearbox changed and Health check I noticed a scratch on the bonnet and the head light, so I decided to do a quick walk around. To my surprise there were lots of missing screws, panels was not fitted correctly, a lot of damaged to the paint and one panels fitted with three different colour screws. After spoken to them over the phone I was asking to send pictures but since then they haven’t given me the email address. If they can’t fitted the panels properly how about the gearbox itself. I am worried.

Had a good experience purchasing my one series. With some helpful assistance from Lee Watkins (my dad) and in love with my car. Also came very clean and shiny :)

First and last time I will ever be coming to Sytner Newport. I have always gone to the Cardiff branch and never had an issue for years but have moved closer to Newport so thought would go there as easier for myself. What a terrible idea that was. This morning I come to the branch as agreed at 10:30 with no sign of a receptionist at the door. I stand there for over 5 minutes with plenty of staff looking at me without a thought in the world. Finally a lady comes over to ask how she can help I explain I have an appointment to see Matthew. She explained he was on a call and to take a seat. While waiting multiple other customers come in and out and are seen straight away (By different team members each time never the same lady is there no receptionist at Newport?). I was dropping my car off for repair so only needed to be a simple key drop off. After waiting over 30 minutes with no sign of Matthew and no other acknowledgement of staff I got up and left. I have now rebooked for the Cardiff branch as I have never had an issue. I had no problem with waiting if someone could of simply told me sorry he's still on a call he won't be long or got someone else to see me but no nothing. While waiting all I saw was multiple staff members standing around talking seemed like there was no organisation at all. Hopefully just a one off but I wont be returning to try again.
