I dealt with both Gerald and Richard while purchasing my new car and I can't recommend them highly enough. Great, genuine guys who were always on hand with any queries and made the whole process go smoothly. Even when I had an unforeseen problem, they made sure it was resolved asap and that I was very happy in the end. I will definitely be returning when it's time to renew my car in the future. Bought a couple of car,s over the years off these guys. Excellent customer service off Richard, Gerald, and flip flop brad, why I call him this is if you purchase a convertible mini in the summer, you get a free pair of flip flops off him. I could ring them up in a couple of years and they would still remember my name, what cars I like, you don't get that personal experience in a big car dealership.The Cars I have bought have always Had a warranty, if there has been any problems they have always acted quickly. I am absolutely delighted with the mini iv bought, low mileage, excellent condition, and fair do,s a fab price exceptionally during this trying time for small local businesses, which we should all try to support. Thanks again to you all at bav motors, keep safe and see you in a few years.

Bought a few second hand cars over the years but,never have I felt so at ease and not pressured.Gerald was welcoming and just left me the keys to look around the car.had a small problem with it after buying it which was resolved quickly and with no issues.will definitely go back for my next car..

My dad and partner recently travelled from Birmingham to purchase a car as a surprise for my 40th birthday. I had had my eye on a Renault Clio in that beautiful flame red colour and Bavs happened to have one. On inspecting the car, they realised that the air conditioning wasn't working. It was agreed that, as it was such a distance, it would be repaired in Birmingham and BAV would cover the cost. I had it repaired, paid and sent the bill to Gerald, who my partner had been dealing with, and the money was in my account the next day. Excellent communication, honest, helpful and friendly.
