Absolute waste of time. Total bunch of fraudsters. They give you a quote, no indications on where the valuation will go down as in how many previous owners??????? Then when you arrive, the salesman has already been given a figure from head office before even looking at the car!!!! £1125 OFF the quote price! Don't waste your time guys! Thanks for your reply. Glad you highlighted the major fault with our car, and the fact that it was also a major safety issue for your transport guys in which they had to stall the car for the engine to switch off, may I suggest turning the lights off first, THEN switching the ignition off, but hey what do I know.

Waste of time. Been there twice now, took my S-Max today and it's in pristine condition even the guy said it was but somehow knocked off £700 and said because its had 3 owners. You never get the price they say online, they just give you a good price to get you down there.

Total waste of time after diving up from llanelli to Swansea, With an online valuation of £12,100. After the employe did an inspected the car there was only slight defect, Being slight kerb damage which he said was fine you can get away with that he then admitting the car was in excellent condition he went inside and came back with an offer of £11,050. Basically there online values are just to get you up there. Total waste of time and money. Do not recommend

Didnt make my appointment since they rang me and offered £1200 less than the online quote. I re-ran the quote and same as original. Said theres a problem with the website. So be warned if you get a quote today it probably wont be true
