Shocking Attitude On Richard!!
My father in law waited 18wks for his car from here. The attitude on Richard from start and again on collection today was a disgrace-his reply was it is what it is when questioned on the delay. Appalling attitude if it was my garage he be out the door.
Why anyone would buy a car from this man is beyond me he needs a lesson in customer service and how to speak to people.
If it was not for my father in law being there this guy would have had a full peace of my mind!!!! Absolute clown of a guy.
A very professional and curteous company that has been caring for all my cars over the years.
