Staff very efficient. Kept up to date with progress. Felt safe going into showroom due to the measures they have in place. Always made to feel welcome. Zoe is very helpful always smiling and pleasant, went through everything that was to be done before i left. Have never been unhappy with the service or welcome I get. Nathan who sold me the car 5yrs ago still remembers my name which I think means a lot when staff see so many people. All your staff I feel represent the company well.

Collected my new to me car today, fantastic service from Nathan, who was not pushy, unlike other car dealers. Got a good price for part exchange, which was one of the deciding factors for upgrading the car. From start to finish a very smooth & friendly service. Will definitely be recommending. We've been coming to Hyundai for a number of years and have purchased around 5-6 cars and every visit is enjoyable. The staff (Nick, who dealt with us this time) and Nathan who we've dealt with in the past, are always pleasant and helpful and that's why we come back time and again! Nick really helped us with Zoe's car, and Nathan sent over a lovely recording that Zoe and myself thought was a really nice thing to do. It's those extra touches and thoughts that make coming to Hutchings/Hyundai a pleasure, and next time I think it will be myself coming in to trade in my Veloster for the i30 n (n option pack) in about a years time if I'm lucky!. Really appreciate your help Nick :-) & thanks for the message Nathan. Awesome staff!
