We flex your wallet We flex are Txxxxxx. Paid deposit for HN16GUH. This electric car has a faulty battery. Had it for a week then reported it before the week was over. No communication for a week. Informed them that since the car was faulty and a week had elapsed with me having no car, I would return the car and would like my deposit back. I returned the car cleaner than I had got it. Waited for 4 weeks to get my deposit back and well. I got a parking ticket for £50 pounds. This was going to be taken out of my deposit. I was to get £200 after this. The ticket was issued outside the We Flex Txxxxx office before I got the car. I was therefore not liable. I was to get my £250 deposit back. We flex, FLEX again and charge me for a week for having an electric car that does not hold charge. Tried to email all different departments of the same company and nobody has bothered to get back to me.

They making up damages weeks after you have returned the vehicle. You literally bed them to get your deposit back. If they’ve charged you wrongly with a weekly payment expect more than 10 calls and a month wait!!! Totally unreliable!!! Be careful and stay away from that business!
