They really can't fix my car. Went there now on 2 occasions for the same fault. 1st time they changed my cooling thermostat. And coolant temp sensor. They also changed the fuse to my cooling fan. They told me after my first visit if the fault comes back and fuse goes again they will replace the fan. Week later im back with the same fault. This time I asked them to look at the fan. Reminding them of what they said. (They didn't look at my fan) this time they said my water pump needs replacing. So they replace it. Had my car back. And 2 undertrays on my car are now gone. Taken off when work was done and forgotten about. And now my car is still overheatong. And suprise. My fan doesn't work. Still. Would not go there again. Only positive thing is that 2 out of the 4 service advisors knew what they were doing. The other 2 were difficult. Would not recommend and will not go again for repair work. Lose bits and dont fix problems

Shocking service. Car in early not touched by 5. Needed simple job to be plugged in but they don't get the codes until 3. Receptionists promised to ring back with details when it would be finished but didn't (apparently didn't have number even though wife had given it that morning) Fobbed off when picking car up. Absolute joke of a company when using the workshop.

Super place with friendy staff. Smooth transaction when buying. Clean store with good parking. Watch out for speed camera on main road when approaching..

Great at welcoming you to sell you a new car, not so hot at making you feel like a valued customer when your car develops a string of faults year after year! Smoke and mirrors come to mind....even though neither of these were an issue with my car...yet!

My husband loves this place as he works for BCA and he says the staff are funny and reliable and happy. Also take a nerf gun be prepared
