FRF Mazda

I am now owner of a beautiful Mazda 3. These guys know customer service. From the moment we arrived there they were ever so friendly, professional and very very helpful. During the process of choosing our car, I cannot think of any questions they avoided to answer. They are very knowledgeable about their product, MAZDA. It took us 3 days to make our decision and finally purchase our wonderful Mazda3. Each time we walked in there the service was excellent. They always had smile on their faces. They helped us with so much information that when I chose the car I was confident this is exactly what I wanted. During the waiting time to get my brand new car, they kept me well in the loop. Their communication is very good. And whenever I had questions I was encouraged to ask questions. They don't take anything for granted guys when it comes to custome service. They are on top of their game. Once my car arrived they gave me even more support and showed us how to use the car (first time purchasing a brand new car for me) so this was very useful. Again they did this with professionalism and patience. Even to this day, although I do call Mazda helpline, I can still call them in Swansea if I have a question. They are always on hand to assist. I had to wait for 1and1/2 hours in the freezing cold temperature was barely one degree above freezing,while my car had a repair, I know we are in lockdown, I was not allowed to wait inside, however provision should have been made for people to wait in the event that no one can give them a lift, my daughter was looking after her dad because he has dementia, so that option was not open to me. I am also registered disabled, so I am not happy with that aspect of that visit.😒 However the repair was good my score is based on my having to wait outside,

First class layout for Customers who pre-book appointments and then bring their vehicles to FRF Mazda to be serviced. From walking through the door, entering, table with hand sanitiser, floor signage and notices highlighting what to do, right through to reaching the receptionist, and being attended to, one feels as though you're the most important customer they've ever had. Wonderful, and thank you!

Nice facility when I was there a year ago, but salesman Rhydian made the experience so effortless and easy to not only find the perfect car but also at a great price!

Just bought a stunning used car from here. I am so pleased with it. The process was fab, I was kept in contact the whole time and the team made me feel so welcome, especially when buying a car during a pandemic!
