What incredible service! After filling up with 50 litres of contaminated fuel, I called Days Fiat for advice as I had two instruments on the van to deliver on Sunday several hundred miles away. Even though it was Friday at 3pm. Dale in the service department very kindly managed to find a slot to look at the van immediately!
They pulled the filter and drained all the water, tested the van during the limited time they had. Also giving excellent advice not to proceed any further with driving. In addition the hospitality I received was nothing short of incredible.
My phone died while waiting for the AA to arrive to drain the tank; they managed to round up an obscure charger to top off my dead phone. They also provided internet access to contact the AA and lots of free coffee! In addition they did not generate an invoice for any of the work!
What a truly amazing experience and outstanding level of customer care. I was looking at a boat load of stress to unload the van and hire another for the trip which collectively they averted. A very special mention and enormous thank you again to Dale, Steve and Cerian for all your help and wonderful hospitality.

Went to HiQ to get tyres fitted and the guy there is great. Very helpful and works fast. Unfortunately he's not there anymore. We took our work van there before x mas and they said they won't fix our tyres any more.
