The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. But I don't like how the staff are treated. They are expected to overwork themselves to their limits which is not fair on them as they are very good at their jobs. And for their holidays they get the legal minimum. Plus they're expected to do a service in 18 minutes. And there is a lot you need to check on a service and they don't get the time needed to do it. And if you are even a second late to work that's right one second they will take half an hour pay from you and every penny counts in a job that barely pay's. And I know all this because I used to work there

I would like to say a big thank you to David at Toyota Swansea even though we couldn't get a deal done. I was after a motorbility car and the Prius+ was ideal but was told by David that they didn't stock them anymore, he didn't try to get a more expensive model and suggested the C-HR which I test drove and seemed ideal but needed a hoist fitted for my mobility scooters which again he sorted out and with the part ex with our car was good. However the hoist wouldn't be able to fit in the car without taking 2 back seats down and that was the same with the other cars in the range. Throughout all this David was polite non pushy and easy to talk to.Thank you Mark

Been going to FRF toyota for my car to be service. Got to say the last two service was not a good experience. Thought writing about the experience before but just let go. So problem came up with my car again. Since it is under warranty, I made appointment to have it fix. Took my car yesterday morning about 8am and been told that it will be done by before they closes and I will be informed of what is the fault. Waited all day for the phone call and nothing at all. The following day I have waited again for a call but same, no call. So I decided to go to frf and a female staff told me that they were trying to call me the day before but unable to contact me. Dont know of I want to believe as i have been using my phone and getting calls as well , so my phone is actually working. Also today why no one tried to call me again? When I get there she told me that my car is fixed and its only the fuse that needed replacing. So I paid £11. She told me that all good now and they also gave my car a wash. I replied her with a smile on my face. Said to myself as I walking away ‘ wow thats a first!’Also she offered about extending my warranty and i have to do it before the year ends. I said ill think about it. So when I get near to my car I was expecting a nice clean car. I knew it! My car has not been washed! It was the same as exactly as it was. So went back to speak to her and she said she think it was washed yesterday. Told her that it sounds good to be true!. She offered me that I can bring my car anytime and they will wash it. Dont think Ill be back unless warranty problem. As this experience is my third time with her, the saying third time lucky is not true! Wished I hadbooked with Tara. She looked after my car before. Did nothave problems at all, Good costumer service. Anyway cant wait to finish my warranty. On the other My friend say his experience with Honda is amazing. Definitely looking at Honda next year.
