Second hand LR DS went in for 2 warranty items, booked in and most apologetic, these items would not have been found in workshop, only by driving, both repaired satisfactory. Staff I met from sales / handover / service, were plesant and more than eager to help.
Booked my discovery in to have the rear light changed under warranty due the the light filling with water. Booked in at 12 o clock for the light to be changed. Phoned the dealership at 4 o clock (they close at 4:30) to ask what was happening. I was told my vehicle needs a new rear lamp and they’ll have to order one???
Took 4.5 hours to diagnose that? Now back next week for light to be replaced. More of my time wasted, and more time without my vehicle
I have never felt more welcome at this dealership and that's all thanks the the Sinclair takeover. This dealership has been changed completely for the better and I could not be more happy that this is my local branch. I also felt very safe inside the dealership with thanks to the strict social distancing measures in place and hand sanitation stations all around the dealership. 10/10 experience!
