Excellent service today from service desk to getting the job done 👍
Just picked my car after having it serviced. Immaculately clean and driving like a new car. Can't rate Sinclair Land Rover highly enough, the service reception team and the workshop always go above and beyond. 10 out of 10 in every aspect.
Poor reply same as their predecessor Stratstone. Phoned at 10:30 am and was assured as the sales person was unattainable he would ring me back as soon as. Now at 21:20 i assume i am not worth ringing back, even though this would be my third purchase from this company. Fair enough i have decided to spend my hard earned at another dealer who actually values it's customers. In my profession we aspire to delight our customers in yours i assume you don't care. will spend a bit of my time slagging you off on review sites as poor firms like you don't deserve to survive.
Was going to rate lower but given the staff try to give a good service I didn't. It's ends up disappointing because there are not enough staff around.
Slowly made some head way with my car issues but it does need to return.
Management seem to acknowledge my frustration with me returning several times and being without our fantastic I-Pace, hopefully on our next (final) visit the courtesy will be one too.
If staff made more effort to keep me informed, I had to call to get updates most of the time, then there could have been another star. No serious issues just irritating tec glitches, the car is great and I'd recommend everyone to try one even if your not ready for an EV yet. Hopefully there will be more staff soon.
Absolutely brilliant service, I emailed them about a radio code for my x type I had just bought second hand ( not from them) and had a very quick reply from Craig Steven parts manager who after giving him all the info got straight back to me with the code I needed. Many thanks much appreciated
