Be aware scammers !!! I planned to change my car so I started looking and found the car that suited me so I called the dealer. The only thing it was missing was a tow bar ,so I asked if it was possible to install it, the dealer (Stefan) agreed and we agreed that I would pay a deposit of £ 500 and they would install the tow bar. The price we agreed for the car was £ 1500 deposit and £ 202.40 in instalments over 5 years, the total amount due with interest was £ 13654. The car was to be delivered on Saturday, 12/05/2020. On Friday, December 4, 2020, at 10.13 am, Stefan called me and asked for the rest of the deposit for the car, which surprised me because we had an agreement that I would pay the rest of the deposit when picking up the car. When I stopped to make a transfer (I was at work at the time and I was driving the car) I accidentally noticed that I received an email with a loan agreement for this car, the contract says that the first installment will be £ 303.21, then 253.21 for 58 months and the final installment is 303.21 which gives the total amount to be repaid £ 16,792.60. I called Stefan and asked why no one informed me about it and why the price of the car increased so much, in response I heard that my credit history was not good and therefore the price increased and I replied that I do not agree to the price and I want to withdraw from the contract and I am asking for the return of the deposit, in response I heard that I cannot count on the return of the deposit and our contract is cancelled . I have all the evidence for this because we communicated via text messages and emails.

Couldn't have asked for better service from Stefan today. I have been highly anticipating the new ’Honda E’ and was thoroughly impressed and cannot wait to organise a test drive!.
