I can honestly say that my experience with the guys at Bassetts Swansea has been excellent. Dylan, Darren and Stefan have all been fantastic. Would recommend this dealer gladly to anybody. Usually dealers are very good when they are selling but as soon as you have a problem the attitude changes. However, after purchasing a new car from these guys and then having some personal issues which made me have to cancel my order. Dylan and Darren once again was fantastic and totally understanding and refunded me all my deposit no questions asked, which is more than i can say for many other dealers i have dealt with. They was very understanding and friendly. I would 100% return to buy a car from them and would have no issue recommending this company to anybody. Thanks for everything.

Been problems ever since the car was purchased. Took cat back been back many times changed parts that did not cure problems. Then they said warranty does not cover finding out the problems. Also have to pay to fix...? Warranty is not any good at all !!!! Be careful when you buy a car from them.

Absolutely fantastic service from the sales team especially from Craig and Darren they were amazing with the sale of the Honda civic type r gt I purchased from them the car was immaculately prepared and the customer service was first class from start to finish especially through difficult times around work with the pandemic thank you once again will see you all in the future Gareth Rees.
