Excellent service provided by Martin. From welcome to hand over we have felt in safe hands. Both car as finance have been explained to us in in detail. Wow where to start. As soon as I entered the building I was met with a friendly welcome. Jade greeted us and we discussed what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, helpful but without being pushy. I can say that I wasn't the easiest customer as I was quite specific in what I wanted. Jade looked tirelessly and emailed me back and forth every other day with any updates. I am pleased and relieved that due to her hard work I was able to purchase a car and pick it up yesterday. When I went to collect the car it was a very thorough process Jade discussed the paperwork and asked if I had any questions. When I replied I think I'm OK she responded well you have my email if you need anything. This shows to me that it wasn't just about getting a car sold that she wanted to look after me the customer. I am pleased with the end result and will be recommending Hutchings Hyundai to family and friends. Thank you again Jade :).
Outstanding service from Brett. We we limited to a budget, he spent time showing us all the options available to us. He wasn’t pushy, or in your face unlike some sales people. He was informative , helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We purchased a lovely vehicle and are extremely happy with it. Go and visit Swansea’s branch and ask for Brett, you won’t be sorry
Ordered my new car, and I was meant to wait 10 days, but the staff went above and beyond and managed to get the car I wanted within four days. Really welcoming and I felt comfortable there.
