I can't begin to explain how incredible the service has been from Specialist cars of Swansea. We lost our car the day when lockdown was due to start and we had a few hours to find another. After being let down by several garages specialist cars of Swansea had one that was perfect. We don't have family in Wales so had to rely on friends to drive us to see it. It turned out there was an issue with the fuse box which they offered to fix at no extra cost and they were going to deliver the car to us. We live about half hour from the garage. Unfortunately the fuse box needed a part that wouldn't be in until the Monday. What happened next was an incredibly kind gesture. They insured us on one of their cars and drove it to us the next day so we wouldn't be without a car. We are miles from shops so we would have been in trouble. We borrowed the car for over a week whilst the other car was in the garage. Unfortunately there was more wrong with the car than they originally thought and didn't want us to have it. Knowing we don't have help and we have two small children they wanted to offer us a safer option. They said that we could have the borrowed car for the same price. I had fallen in love with the borrowed car so I was very happy about this. What is even more incredible is that they took it back for the day, in-between school run hours to service and MOT it. Repaired everything that needed repairing, paid for a years breakdown for us, gave us some new floor mats and even filled the tank. I've never been treated with such kindness from anyone and can't recommend them enough. They even bought our children buckets of Halloween treats. Great service very nice sales people not pushy and very helpful

If I could give them 0 star I would. When I initially visited the showroom I was treated with the atmost care and professionalism. Once the car was purchased the professionalism and the customer service was out of the window. The owner of this fine establishment is the vilest person I ever has dealt with, I wouldnt recommend anyone doing any type of business with them. If you could avoid them i would highly recommend doing that. Don't get fooled by the fake reviews.

Bought my Bmw just over a week ago, the experience from start to finish was great. After a day of driving I noticed that there was an issue with the brakes. Paul didn’t hesitate and got the brakes replaced within the week. Great after sales service will definitely be coming back in the future when we need to replace my wife’s car. Highly recommend *****
