They go way above and way beyond. Absolute pleasure and wouldn't hesitate referring them. Bought a BMW X1 around June last year for my retired father. Now normally I'm the type of chap who doesn't trust anyone when parting with hard earned cash especially without actually physically seeing the vehicle for myself. Well, guess what? This is exactly what happened. The BMW was the perfect example I was after, the only catch, Clark's Cars is over 100 miles from where I live and I didn't have the time to travel down. After seeing so many positive reviews, 1 particularly caught my eye, stating that their vehicle was delivered and at a fair price too. After a few discussions with Dan over the phone about the car and having a fresh service and MOT, I left a refundable deposit to hold the car and arrange delivery. Once the car was ready from the garage, I was given a date and a really fair price for delivery. Many thanks to Dans father who delivered the car, I can only imagine the hours it took especially with traffic and still be so pleasant to deal with upon arrival, a true genuine gentlemen to say the least. After checking the vehicle over, I found the parking sensors were not working, even though I specifically asked to make sure everything was checked and working before delivery. Dan's Father at this point stated he could take the car back no problem if I wasn't happy or get it fixed and bring it back. I could only imagine the hours of driving to be done because of one oversight. However 1 quick phone call to Dan, and it was all sorted. He had found a reputable garage within a short distance to me and booked it in for repairs. My father to date has had trouble free motoring and still enjoying his pride and joy. I must say lee and the rest of the staff .have been very helpful in the buying of my new car. The answered all my questions honestly and were very knowledgeable. The car was ready when they said it would be . All the little things that I asked to be done were done.
