Not happy,nNo response.nWorst service.

All as expected. I wish the customer lounge had some air-conditioning or fresh air ventilation, the least you expect from a Toyota service centre. Service was On par.. Though the CRM was proactive, it takes the whole team to make the customer happy.

Brand and cars are very good. But when u enter the dealership its worst like an govt officenToyota pls found new dealer

I had bad experience with non-professional behaviour of staff. They don't care about other's time. I never got my vehicle on time,told by them whenever I'd given it for servicing. Delaying the things is in their habit. Distance from the city and availability of transport is another major issue. Other things are good, as spacious and attractive building, enough place to park vehicles.
