I have given 1 star rating due to unresponsive reasons, I want to book Tiago XT-Ltd & tried to contact via calls or mails but no response from sales team & no single follow-up from dealership, behaved likes they are working in public sector while Hyundai Motors perform good in terms of customer support & inquiries & taking cautiously follow up.nRequest Pls improve customer support services.

Given phone number on website is not working and not responding update your website so customer may know the information and price regarding the car and all.

The loacation is changed since last 4-5 months but not updated on the internet, No one picks up the mobile number given on the internet .... called up and enquired from customer care...to my surprise even they are not updated with the new location...nIts really a pathetic experience and not expected from such a big automobile company.

Tata commercial no more left here, it is relocated nearby katangi bypass beside Splendid Honda showroom...

Don't picks the call, when do, don't talk properly, how I am supposed buy a car from here!
