Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Sanghi Brothers, Chak Kamed

We visited the showroom on 07/02/2021 seeking for Tiago. As it was a Sunday, most of the staffs were on leave. I talked to the sales person and finalised a price. Then he started to force us for booking the car instantly or he would increase the price the next day. I am a resident of Dewas but they were offering me ujjain passing and for that i needed someone from Ujjain as C/O but unfortunately I didn’t know anyone from Ujjain . The sales person said that he would give His name as C/O. I didn’t agree to that because i didn’t know him personally either. So i said let me check for someone in Ujjain and i would let them know by the next day. He said if i would go there tomorrow then they will charge higher amount. As per my opinion they don’t understand the customer perspective and don’t even try to. They just know how to force the customers. It’s the worst Tata showroom I have ever seen in my life. I am not disclosing the name of the sales person. I would request the showroom persons not to make a fool out of the customers. I don’t even want to give a single star, i wish to give it a zero star. Thank you.

Always heard average/bad reviews of customer service, but this showroom is amazing.nSA knows details of the car and the whole process was smooth. Kudos to Surbhi chouhan madam for assistance.

We were book the car in September but we didn't get delevrie it is November and we are still waiting dewali,is also gone and showroom employee say every time than the car was come in 2-3 days when we were call them

Worst service 1/10 ... after ₹26000 service bill for tata tigor still AC is not working.

They need more service guys.
