Parking space is not available

I like the courier service because most of their staff are Locals..much easier to communicate

My sister sent a parcel but they did not deliver it to me and didn't respond well. I had to go to their office and pickup on my own. Also the charges they take for delivery omg.

Employee (70851-7930) called me and asked to pick up the consignment on my own even when the address given is serviceable. Reason cited was that there are many large orders and since mine is only a document, it is prioritized. When I insisted that it needs to be delivered, the employee gave a slang just before hanging up. Where is the professionalism in this?!

Fast service but price is high
