Rani Motors Nongpoh

Very horrible service, took 17days to repair gear box of Eeco, existing model of Maruti Suzuki, as per Work Shop manager the parts were not available in Nongpoh, Shillong and Guwahati too, so they have ordered from Gurgaon, just imagine Maruti Suzuki is not having its existing vehicle's parts in entire North East, and to get the parts from Gurgaon it took almost 14days, lot of communication error.... very irresponsible manager, its far far better to give your vehicle to other small work shop rather than giving to Rani Motor Work Shop, Nongpoh, just wondering if it would have been discontinued model, it would have taken almost a year to get its parts, very very very very worse service....

Its a showroom plus workshop for maruti suzuki four wheelers. People out here are awesome and reliable. U will love it and u will visit again and again for services. Services are quick and hassle free. I personally loved it.
