I don't usually write reviews to degrade any office/people/organization, but these people surely need it. My home is not more than 4kms from their office and they still refuse to deliver the package. If it is a matter of 1-2 times, one can understand. Everytime they call me to get my package collected from their office, threaten me that if I don't get it collected they will send it back and I won't be able to receive it. I even have call recordings for proof. Pathetic behavior and office filled with free earners!

Very very poor service . There are many hidden charges , they DONOT tell and they behave so bad after the payment. Inexperienced staff and her bad service go with some other option. Specially DONOT post any thing out of Indian specially to canada.nYES, I AM SENDING COURRIER FIRST TIME TO CANADA. BUT THAT IS YOUR DUTY TO TELL ME ABOUT THE CUSTOM DUTY. AND THIS IS WHAT WE CALLED “inexperience”. And when i reached to your office you tell me the cost 7786 INR for 5 kg later you checked your recordings and said ok we will send this in the amount you are saying.and I tried rates every where because I am customer. I have to try. And there is no bad thing in it.

The shop is inside a narrow street. You will find board outside that street.

Product not deliver on time , no respond on phone and they don't know how to talk to customers they even switched off their mobile so that we can't talk to them , very very poor service of dtdc I found, never going to use this courier service.
