Rats are passing on the food items, not hygienic, using Guilt trip name and spoiling its name and fame, charging 950 rupees for 500 grams cake but absolutely not working.. instead we can buy some where else, please don't believe such fake cake Shops.
Small place on a side street near the Chiranjeevi blood bank. No dedicated parking, but not an issue.nThey have a good selection of pastries, cheese cakes, tarts and macaroons. The quality is good and they actually have dark chocolate pastry! They also have savory eats, teas and coffees. Pleasant place. You can also place orders for cakes etc. I recommend this place. But It is on the pricey side.

I visited Ghrelin Cafe and Patisserie shop today. Ambience is simply good. I tried the blueberry and cream waffle. That was just amazing. I even ordered a birthday cake of Redvelvet chocolate cake for my office. They have a lot of items on the menu starting from coffee, iced teas, pasta, pan cakes, waffles, pastries, cakes, milk shakes, cup cakes etc. I wanted to try most of them but since was alone, could not have any more. Loved the place. Would visit again for sure.
It's a cute small place.... The waffles tastes really good... And the white pasta is amazing!!nAn small place for a hangout and really into ur pocket cost place!! U'll like it!!
