We ordered Half KG Chocolate Truffle Cake and Half Kg Red Velvet Cake at 2pm and I told them. I will come to pick at 5pm and I called them at 4.40pm to confirm that the cake is there. The guy told me the cake is coming in 10 min. I reached afre 25min and the cake was not available. this is third time it happened with me. Please improve your service and commitment. Ridiculous service. Now I have to think twice before order.
