The quality of the cake was pathetic, it was not fresh and the taste was also awful. The customer care was also not supportive, they were picking up the call. See my friend it's not about the time issue. It's about the cake taste, you also misguided me about the delivery. And most important thing I informed you about the timing one day before the delivery date and you assured me that the cake will arrive on the time but on the delivery date you misguided me and told me your cake is coming from Gurgaon but actually the cake was coming from Saket, at 10:17 AM you said that the guy has took the cake and left but actually the guy took left around 10:40 AM. You said you can't share the delivery boy contact number which is not acceptable because my product was prepaid, everyone shares the contact number of the delivery guys. I have ordered 1000 of times from online but never faced this kind of problem.

The cake taste was awesome.. quality was gud.. cream was fresh.. I will surely recommend to go for this red velvet Oreo surprise cake.. the only thing that dissatisfied me was that the anaar candle was not gud..it was totally waste of money.. they provided me the bad one

I have ordered 3 times online from normal cake to designer cake. I can say that its the best cakes i have ever had in my life. Fresh, Presentation, taste or anything these cakes are awsome. Thank you Flavours Guru for completing everyones occasion and making it a bit more perfect with there cakes. As cinfirmed over there web portal its 100 percent eggless and they deliver it to your place. I would highly recommend everyone to try once.
