I request every one not to order from here the quality of cake and the behaviour of owner, executive and all are so bad I cannot explain in word. Here is no option for adding screen shot I have called them almost 25 time. They have mentioned time slot 90 min maximum but they will deliver the order in 180 min wow this amazing naa...
THE C***** STORY
The quality is good. At times You may observe some change in the product design from what is advertised. Both these cakes were ordered by me through Zomato, so from delivery service point of view, no any concerns as such.
Ordered velvet flavored cake on 4 Sept 2020. Cake taste was disgusting . Seems that they have outsourced cake from some cheap vendor. Presentation was good but taste was not as per their standard at all . They have reduced quality . It's better to buy cake from normal Bakery shop rather than to opt from cake story . This time cake story thumbs down for you !!
Tried cakestory Red valet cake at my friends place and in love with them since then. Ordered Ras malai fusion cake and it is super yum. Loved it
Been ordering since more than a year now. Great and efficient service was maintained consistently and throughout. The quality and the quantity of product is really good with respect to the pricing, and the staff is extremely courteous. A definite recommendation to order cake and cookies from, in Gurugram.
