Exceptional view from customer point of view need to improvise on things handling customer satisfaction that is valuable feed back be aware while making job card commitment is the best policy as well as for owners. Waiting lounge facilities not available like cleanliness and food availability for lunch or coffee. Excuses can't be comply with facilities.

The worst experience I have I ever had with a Honda dealership. There is this sales person called ashmeet and his senior in leasing, they both just fool around and don't give attention to any customers. We visited the showroom, and thrice we were promised for the car to made available for us to test drive, all three times I was at my home continuously calling up and asking for the car but there was no response. Worst customer service of such a good brand. Please visit any other showroom apart from this if you are looking to buy a Honda car otherwise you'll change your mind for the brand after this service.

Bad experience with ring road Honda when I did my car service in ring road Honda, that time my was giving me 14 mileage and after service it decreases to 8 only. Someone who wash my car the lube on the front mirror and dash board as well. So my experience is with ring road Honda was very bad. And I really appreciate harmony Honda in Mohali. They are very professional.
