Please do not get disheartened, after looking at the ratings above. Believe me if there was an option of selecting 0, I would have happily done that. This is a real positive review for Spinny and Mr. Niraj. I have been constantly following up with the customer support, to transfer my vehicle which I sold to Spinny in Dec 2019. But every effort has been in vain. It is now Oct 2020. After good amount of follow-ups for the past 10 months, still no answer, no RC transfer, just fake promises.

I have bought an Aspire 2016 model recently, firstly apart from car features the executives who works in SPINNY are really good in culture and well attitude also. Due to this pandemic situations they are all following their safety was tremendous. Congratulations for that. Sylesh an employee from spinny really an awesome person to handle all my doubts and he supports in both technical and Registering the car. A Nice guy from spinny. Coming to car they are all maintaining the car in good conditions with enough knowledge. And they will instruct how to utilise their product. For. e:g : Buy back agreement, 5 days assurance of return on money without any questions so on. Good Luck and keep going. All the Best.

Terrible experience in recent transactions. I was trying to saleout my car. They gave cooked up range to get a customer on board and once you ask to close the deal, there are lot of hidden clause and charges. Really a trust issue... Editing (After response below) I did not meant charging for inspection. The price range quoted while I started discussing was too different than actual offered. My whole premise was on initial discussions of range. After spending time and sharing all details there is difference of final offer price. I was explicitly told offer will be no less than lower range in any case but actuals is a different story.
