I had just gone to take a test drive of the vehicle, turned out that the sales executive Mr.Atul was very well versed with the technical information about the car!! He is an excellent guy.. made me take the decision to buy a XC90.. the ambience of the showroom was also very nice.. not to forget it was well sanitized and they took good care..
Visited the showroom , the layout of the showroom is great, most of the model were on display and the staff was really proffessional. Attended me really well. A special mention of Mr Gaurav & Mr Prashant, they were really swift to answer to all my queries and kept me posted with the new models lined up.

Made an enquiry regarding XC40 but No response from these persons, thought that they don't wanna sell vehicles.
Pathetic customer service. Surprisingly amazed at the unprofessional and callous nature of the salespeople. Maruti Nexa provides better service, compared to their dealership.
