They are very qualified staff, by MSIL , They forgot to fill the coolent during 1st paid service of brand new car . If want to save your vehicle don't use Platinium services.

Pathetic staff dont have basic ettiquetes and service standards are the poorest i have ever seen, pls look for alternate and avoid this farzi workshop

I admitted my car on 5 july 2019 for body shop work.they paint my right side of quater panel of car. Now the situation of panel is it met with cracks on it.

I admitted my Dezire car with Maruti Insurance Company for repairs in Platinum Motocorp Service Centre IMT Manesar on 27 July 2020. Today is 05 August 2020 ie 10th day of my car admitted in their Service Centre, however, no work has started on my car. Moreover, they charged me more than Rs. 200/- for sanitising the car as if we/car are/is Covid-19 infected. The service centre is not even attending to our calls. Feeling helpless and harassed. But for insurance policy, they run around me three months before the expiry of my carsc insurance policy. Very very poor work and response.
