Pathetic experience with Frontier Kia MG Road.... They had committed the delivery in 4 week after that they changed the delivery date 3 times. According Frontier sale executive recommendation, I booked the car on higher price for the Noida registration due to urgency because they assured me that they can deliver the car in the 4 week but there is no confirmation yet. It’s a casual nature of frontier Kia and I observed they are unprofessional.

Thanks to Frontier Kia Showroom Gurgaon I witnessed the real Brand Value of KIA. They follow zero processes and have no work ethics. They are misleading the customers, please ask for documented proofs for everything. Their verbal promises have no value. They don’t care about the customers trust and satisfaction. Please check the dispatch details before the delivery, incase you are not interested in buying a car which was lying around in some stockyards for months. 6 weeks back I had booked a car, till now I have received no notifications/calls from Kia related to the status & delivery of the car. For everything I have to call them.
