Amazing place with great ambience and superb environment. Good behaviour of staff and clean place. Great taste of food and the people are very cooperative and helping. Restaurant staff too is very understanding and helpful. Rooms are quite good and clean.

It is a beautiful property with outstanding amenities. The staff is extremely polite and customer friendly. The restaurant staff also friendly and serve you delicious food. I enjoyed my stay and surely want to stay again when l visit Dwarka next time.

Very Nice Hotel and location too. Awesome stay with the fern hotel dwarka. Always prefer to stay here. All staff are very courteous and helful. Mentain proper hygiene and safty.

This is to let you know about the most unexpected and disappointing experience we had with fern dwarka checked in around 1430 hrs today as per our booking. The washroom had a weird smell and we thought maybe the exhaust wasn't working properly later we discovered that it was sewage treatment water that was coming in the sink as well as the whole bathroom so we were not informed about it and we're unknowingly forced to use it for washing our face etc.. Later without using the water at all we decided to head out hoping that by the time we return the problem would have been solved but it wasn't. I was travelling with my small daughter and my wife is expecting after spending so many hours at the beach when we came back and had to go out for dinner we couldn't because we couldn't have a bath. Met the chief engineer who was trying to give all kinds of excuses saying use hot water in the room it doesn't have the smell without realising the problem is the STP water not the smell ! how can you expect your hotel guests to use STP water to bath and brush. Chief engineer said he will send hot RO water To bathe my kid atleast for that I waited and called reception but never recieved had to check out at last had wasted enough time by then already and were too exhausted.
