Every car came for service goes under sanitization process before and after service.nMy almost 12 years old Tata Safari feels and looks like a brand new after service has been done.nStaffs are really polite and well behaved, you don't have to worry for anything you just need to chill in there A/C executive lounge from there you can keep on track what's going on with your car.nOverall my experience with the Kraft Auto Tata service center Bokaro is beyond my imagination.

Once The poor service quality had diminished name of Tata cars but now service is improved although there is more room to be better but there is improvement. Tata cars are unmatched .

Service wasn't satisfactory. Asked to fix the few things which they couldn't do. They replaced brakepad, brake drum(wasn't needed though), air filter and oil filter along with normal service and made a bill of around 16k for 3-4 years old Tata Tiago.
