After warranty over/ in paid servicing they try to over pricing items/ services ₹ 5000+ for the sake of servicing without any quality mechanic, while servicing you can enjoy free coffee and water on 1st floor. Not happy with the behaviour of counter staffs and their responses while querying . They have always an printer error when you ask for electronic bill / receipt.

Horrible experience, firstly, the staff are very ill mannered, they have no respect for the customer (respect is only reserved for big politicians and their Car service), I had an issue with the steering, that made terrible noise and the service center asked me to change the entire steering assembly, with labour it would have costed me Rs18000, so I decided to get it checked outside and luckily this repair center just opposite to the showroom caught hold of the problem, it was a Rs500 rod issue,I bought it at NR, the authorized maruti parts sales shop, he changed it and charged Rs80, asked me to get wheel alignment done at MRF for Rs 295.nIts been a week and my Car is running absolutely fine with no issues.nFor a max Rs 1000 repair they were trying to rip me off for Rs 18000, please take a second opinion outside before asking Maruti Showroom people to change any parts.nnI wish google had a provision of negetive star rating.nBut its not the same everywhere....The service center I visit in Bangalore is quite genuine and first of all well mannered.
