Hyundai Service - Bhurawala Hyundai (Modasa)

WORST EVER. DON’T TRUST THEM. One of the worst service experience I had at Bhurawala Hyundai Modasa. Had a break down near Shamla and tried to contact nearby service center. The nearest was 30 kms away at Modasa. Customer service said you can either take it to Modasa or your preferred one. Me being from another state stuck in the middle of a highway had no preference but to get the problem solved ASAP. Got the car toed from a local provider because Hyundai Modasa said we don’t provide or have any tie-up for towing service here but they do provide you the local company’s number. This towing was another part of the fraud because he charges you a huge amount compared to market rates offering one of the worst towing machine for your car to suffer all the damage. Anyway reached modasa hoping things would get better but to add to the bad luck the service is so bad that they just change the oil on the day you arrive and tell you to wait another day because by tomorrow they’ll look into the main issue. Next day passes by they said we’ve checked all the points and it should be good to go now at least to Ahmedabad hopefully, fingers crossed and the car goes for a small test drive and boom within 10 kms again you get towed but this time with their vehicle which also runs out of fuel in the middle, so unlucky. Conclusion so far is that the car has not improved even 0.0000....1 percent. The diagnosis was worst than poor, a fix was far from impossible. The whole experience was so frustrating that I had to settle their bill and get car towed to Ahmedabad but definitely not from their local towing provider. Getting the car to Ahmedabad was now another whole new experience because now I had a preferred service center after checking with some friends from Ahmedabad. This service center from Ahmedabad took care of everything starting from Modasa pickup until I get back the car. In one day they found the issue and fixed it where Bhurawala Hyundai Modasa wasn’t even sure of the problem and thought of fixing it with hook or crook and failed wasting my time, money and energy. The reason I’m making an effort to write this down here is that no one else (nobody) deserves to loose time, money and specially go through this frustration just because someone is not good and misleading in their work. Don’t trust them to fix your car because they lack the expertise to even find out the root cause.
