They are very good in delivery, I got my cake before the Schedule time during this pandemic. They follow all the govt. norms while delivering the cake.nAlso the taste of the cake are quite too awesome. Even though the cream & base of the cake is quite to soft & looks fresh even after the two days kept in freeze (This is faced last year).nGood work Guys:-) Keep it up. And thank you so much for making my day special by delivery the cake.nStay Healthy Team :-)

They used to be great in the past but they completely messed up my truffle cake order recently. A fly was stuck in the cake and they refused to exchange it even after sharing the pics. The cake was total waste. I can only imagine their hygiene in the kitchen. As a local guide on google, I would advise you to improve your hygiene and your exchange policies.

Not recommended. Ordered red velvet cake. It looked good but had so much red color that it colored our hands, mouth wherever it touched. Afraid to give it to our baby

They delivered an incorrect lower value cake(pineapple instead of blackforest) and the shopkeeper stopped picking my calls after acknowledging the mistake.nnUpdate - I tried their customer care after their comment on this post but funny they offered me 75 points to compensate their mistake on a 1000 rupees order.nnIt was a mistake to order from Bakingo and second mistake to give their customer care an opportunity to fix it. They failed in both. It's always better to go with some reputed local cake shops in your area.

Punctual with their deliveries. But the add-ons aren't too good. Like the flowers aren't fresh. Cakes are awesome
